Technically astrocartography and locational or re-location astrology are not the same thing but are integrally tied. And today the terms are widely used interchangeably.
The concept of both is that energy is different at different locations on the planet. And one’s frame of reference, both in how the person sees the world and in how the world sees the person, varies at different locations. This branch of astrology looks at changes based on location.
